Check out Suzanne
Toro's recent interview with Cliff High for some thought provoking
speculations on sacred plants and crop circles.

I've been a subscriber to Whitley
Strieber's Unknown Country for a couple of weeks now and have been
very much enjoying his huge archive of excellent interviews.
The monthly fee is half of
what most places are charging and you get what in my opinion is over
twice the dedication and attention to detail. Mr Stieber not only reads
the books of the people he interviews but he really seems to comprehend
the big picture in a way that draws on decades of experience in
uncovering the layers of deception that guard some of the more esoteric
truths that his DreamLand show explores.
He also has a talent for
having experts interviewing experts. The show with Peter Levenda
interviewing Joseph P
Farrell about Nazi time
travel technology was worth the subscription price alone.
I had a strange reaction to
Whitley Strieber's "true" account of his encounters with some sort of
alien entity in his book "Communion"
back in the late 1980's. Normally I would have been intrigued about any
tale with such an unknown factor, but something about his story struck
me as a bit too convenient and lucrative to get past my young and
immature P.T. Barnum filter.
Fast forward over 20 years
and Mr Strieber is still exploring the unkown with his excellent podcast called Dream
Land.
I'm still new to the Dream
Land podcast, but I'm already impressed with his interview style that
goes way beyond what other similar shows produce. I'm ready to admit I
was wrong about him back in 1988 when I was a 19 year old sailor
without enough data to give his information a fair shake.
Add to that a weekly 30
minute show by William Henry and you've got something worth
checking out in my opinion.
What do you get when you put
the Prince of
Slack, Dr
Carolyn Dean, and a group consciousness from the
Guf on James Martinez's radio
show?
I'm not sure what to make of
this weekly 3 hour long show, but it's made me laugh more than
once and has a mood and frequency that is unlike anything else I've
come across.
Freeman is one of the most fascinating
characters I've had the pleasure of listening to lately in this far
out field of so called alternative research.
He actually predicted
something fishy was going to happen concerning the government on
September 11th 2001 by extrapolating all his previous findings along
with a refined sense of instinct.
Check out his
new show on American Freedom Radio for in depth interviews that in
my opinion take these subjects to some new heights with his impressive
attention to detail. I especially liked his talk with Kerry Cassidy
from Project Camelot
where they talked about her recent trip to see the great pyramid and
why Egyptian guards will not let you meditate at any of the sacred
sites in that region.

In my opinion the process of
unplugging from the control system is a slow and gradual ordeal. Eventually you get to a point where you realize just how corrupt our
current state of journalism and news reporting is and you just give up
on it all together.
This has been a healthy move
for me. I cut mainstream news and talk radio out of my media diet and
slowly began to feel some of my creativity and critical thinking skills
coming back to life.
These days I get informed of
daily events from the wikipedia home page, and when I feel like
expanding on that I seek out an independent, alternative source. My
current favorite is The Corbett Report by James
Corbett. He lives in
Japan and does a great job at connecting dots and reading between the
lines.
It feels like he's keeping up
to date on what little bit of real information is leaking out so you
don't have to.

Red Ice Creations did an interesting
interview recently with Sophia Stewart: The true mother of the Matrix.
She makes the claim that Hollywood has not denied the accusation and once the F.B.I. got involved she says it was revealed
that the Terminator movies were also stolen from her 1981 novel titled "The Third Eye".
My instincts are telling me
this story goes beyond common greed, which is why I'll be keeping a
close eye on Sophia Stewart's case.
I'm often surprised at how spot on Mel Fabregas
is with his guest selection and how the people he interviews that I've
not heard of always seem to be of a frequency that resonates with my
Cosmic Cookout direction.
The Veritas
interview with Andrew Johnson
was another great discusion that connected some interesting dots
concerning anti-gravity technolgy and the events of September 11th
2001. Mr Johnson is one of the first investigators to seriously look at
the evidence of Dr Judy Wood and her directed energy beam hypothesis,
which to me shows his level of openness.
Registering on his site is
free and worth it due to the additional audio archive you get access
to. It's safe and spam free with hours of intriguing interviews that
I've found enlightening and educational.
Chris
Geo and Sheree from the Truth Frequency have done an excellent job
interviewing one of my all time favorite researchers Jim Marrs.
This dynamic conversation is one of those gems worth
listening to multiple times due to the complexity and level of detail
they cover.
The first observation I had
was when Jim Marrs was referring to the Old Testament story of Genesis
and the apple from the tree of knowledge. I always thought this was the
Tree
of Knowledge of Good and Evil, occasionally called the Tree of
Conscience, which I translate as a particular stage of development
where "Self Awareness" kicks in.

I think Mr Marrs is being too
general when he speaks of this knowledge given to the Anunnaki hybrid clones. Maybe before this
Self Awareness upgrade we were more manageable like a mule or horse?
Maybe a group within the Anunnaki decided it was ethically wrong to
treat hybrid clones of themselves with such low regard? and the
solution to the problem was this "Good and Evil Knowledge" upgrade?
A Hanks from the Gralien Report blog for the excellent picture of Jim
Marrs with him and friends sharing a beverage. I think I'd gladly pay a
couple hundred bucks to hear what Jim Marrs has to say after a few
beers and off the record.
Maybe Jim Marrs should start
his own secret society of truth seekers who also enjoy a good brew?
That's just what a Cosmic Cookout would entail if I knew enough people
in my neighborhood with open minds and a thirst for beer and the truth.
I'm happy to report a fresh new
podcast on the horizon that is shaping up to be something original and
different.
Sam, Steve, and Miles make up the Infinity
Hole podcast where they
have already found a unique and balanced rhythm that is stimulating to
follow.
Recent topics include some
brief information on new digital drugs in the form of downloadable
sound files, DMT and LSD experiences, and calling out dis-information
agents like Andrew Basagio and Aaron McCollum.
I noticed in the 2nd hour of
the Veritas interview with Richard
Hoagland that he also
expressed doubts to the validity of Mr Basagio's quantum claims,
pointing out how Mr Basagio has been employed by some key government
agencies that cause me to be skeptic.
Is it possible Andrew Basagio
is being played by certain intelligence agencies to be such a fine
story teller? He does seem very lucid and articulate, but claims of
time traveling with his father when he was a boy are just too much for
even me to swallow without more data. The fact that his website has been so minimal speaks volumes to me about his
intention.
Jan Irvin at Gnostic Media has created another great show
with his recent
conversation/interview with psychedelic researcher and author Dr James
Fadiman.
I was intrigued by Dr
Fadiman's work with "enhanced problem solving" where he worked with
industry scientists who had been trying to solve a problem for at least
3 months. He provided a safe space and a controlled dose of LSD and
reports several positive situations where a viable solution was achieved.
John Kale at Cosmic Gnostic.com
has a great interview with Red Ice
Creations founder Henrik Palmgren.
Mr Kale has an impresive collection of podcast shows dating back to
2008.
It was really great hearing an interview where Henrik was answering
questions instead of dishing them out. The two together make for a
stimulating conversation that shines a little light on what drives
Henrik Palmgren on his journey to uncover the protective layers which
seem to be hiding what some would call the truth.
Jeff Ritzmann and Jeremy Vaeni have a lively show called Paratopia that is just over
60 episodes old.
They both have a skeptical perspective that bounces off each other in a
natural fashion.

Sometimes a book has so much
knowledge and perspective it can take on a life of its own. Tragedy and
Hope seems to be one of those books.

The first I've heard of the
story behind this book was a recent
interview done by Gnostic Media with education reform expert John Taylor Gatto. He points out the connection
between its author Carroll Quigley and former president Bill Clinton,
but the part that caught my attention is the obvious suppression of this
particular book and how Mr Gatto had to end up obtaining a pirated copy
for 50 bucks. He goes on to illustrate how he has since surveyed
several libraries in major cities only to discover that each branch is
missing their copy of this book.
John Taylor Gatto speculates
that this form of censorship happens with other books that get too
close to the truth and are gradually removed from circulation. It's
hard to dismiss such an outlandish theory when it comes from a
respectable source such as Mr Gatto.
Thanks to the internet you
can download and read this book without paying 50 bucks. Check out Tragedy and Hope.com for a free copy and decide for
yourself if Carroll Quigley's version of history is worthy of such a
high level of censorship.
I've only been a subscriber to the Veritas show for two
weeks now and I'm already wondering why it took me so long to discover
this treasure trove of knowledge.
Mel Fabregas is the force behind this truth machine. His central motto,
which he borrowed from Jordan Maxwell, should tell you everything you
need to know.
"I am an ordinary man pursuing
extraordinary knowledge."
His three hour interview with trial lawyer and environmental scholar Andrew D. Basiago
is in my opinion the best one out there with this guy. The story is
nothing less than incredible and Mel asked some very astute questions
which really helped to flesh this story out a bit more than other radio
hosts have done in the past. Mr Basiago claims to have photographic
evidence of life on Mars, but the real fantastic part of the story is
his participation in a program called Project Pegasus along with the
claim of making two separate trips to Mars using Tesla teleportation
technology. I'm a bit skeptical of these claims and wonder why Mr Basiago didn't have the foresight to take some sort of camera with him when he "telelported" to Mars and back with his CIA escort.
At 8 dollars a month I call the Veritas show a solid value. Add to that
his frequently updated blog
and members forum and you've got yourself a better deal than most
entertainment choices out there.
Truth Frequency Radio.com is hosted by a dynamic duo that
bring a much needed balance of male and female energy to a table that
in the past has too often been dominated by men.
Chris Geo and Sheree have an
obvious chemistry that complements each other in just the right places
for a tight and informative radio experience.
I especially enjoyed their
recent in depth conversation with the legendary Jordan Maxwell.
What stands out most about
these two is their level of passion and knowledge. They've done some
serious research and it shows in the thoughtful and informative
questions being presented to an impressive list of fascinating guests.
Truth Frequency Radio
combines original music with fantastic ideas to form a special edge
that can't be found anywhere else. I appreciate the chances they take
and will be paying close attention to how this team progresses in the
future.

The Pyschedelic Salon
podcast hosted by Lorenzo Hagerty is probably the best place to get
straight information on the early history and modern happenings of
consciousness exploration.
Lorenzo is providing a valuable service by sorting through old lecture tapes of pioneers like Terrence McKenna, Timothy Leary, and
Robert Anton Wilson to name a few. He's built an awesome archive of
over 200 episodes where he presents a chunk of information from the
past and introduces it in a way that calms and excites at the same
time.
The Salon is a great place to stay up to date on the latest
developments in this community and hear from new voices and some of the
places they've discovered.

Hitspinner for the incredible cyberdelic art.

Douglas Lain is a fiction writer
who has built an impressive collection of interviews at his Diet Soap podcast. I've
watched the show grow from figuring out he needs a USB microphone back
in episode number 6 to being what I consider a serious voice for the
consciousness
culture in just under a year's time.
I especially enjoyed his 3 part conversation with Neil Kramer
where they brought up the concept of an artificial control network and
freely came to the conclusion that they are both still plugged into
this
mysterious and ancient form of bondage.
In my opinion Douglas Lain is one of the more grounded personalities in
this field and his curiosity and sense of humor makes the show a
stimulating experience well worth downloading.

Martin
Ball has proven how
plant-based medicine can be used as a tool to help awaken a deeper
connection with the non physical side of our personality. Yes...he uses
the God word, but you'll never hear him pushing any kind of dogmatic belief. On
the contrary, this guy uses Occam's razor
to rip through any beliefs that get in his way in a lucid and composed
manner.
The Entheogenic Evolution podcast is a place where Martin
articulates his evolving view of consciousness and brings many esoteric
concepts down to Earth without any extra mystery or fanfare. It's an
impressive expression of Martin's genuine desire to distill down all the
years he's spent researching and working on his Ph.D. in this
fascinating field. I suggest you try at least one of his
episodes and I'll bet you'll be hooked just as I was with his no
nonsense approach and musical style.

Alex Tsakiris is a successful entrepreneur turned science
philanthropist who hosts the Skeptiko
podcast, which is a labor of love and an obvious passion.
In 2007 Tsakiris founded OpenSourceScience.net,
a non-profit project that helps to fund controversial science
experiments.
I've only heard a few episodes of Skeptiko so far, but I really like
where this guy is coming from. I think he did a great job at separating
out some of the historical facts from fiction when he interviewed
Jon Ronson, the author of "The men who stare at goats" and then
followed it up by interviewing
Paul Smith, the author of "Reading the Enemy's Mind". The
comparison helps to show how one author was more concerned about
weaving a funny Hollywood story for George Clooney and the other had a
true desire to shed some light on a fascinating program that seems to
have made some real breakthroughs in the field of remote viewing and
psychic spying.

If you like research heavy with documentation and technical schematics
then you will love Joseph P Farrell.
He's fast becoming one of my favorite personalities in the alternative
research community, mainly because he's so darn thorough, which is a
trait I appreciate when dealing with such far out speculations
like the Great Pyramid of Giza being originally designed as a huge
weapon or how post war Nazi scientists have been operating a secret
space program that makes NASA look like childs play.
A great way to get introduced to Dr Ferrell's train of thought would be
some of the free interviews available out there. Erskine Overnight has
a good
collection of Ferrell conversations on his 2009 archive page where
he has graciously edited out the advertisements. The next place I would
suggest is the Byte show, which is run by GeorgeAnn Hughes. This collection
is a bit more personal and provides a deeper look into the mind and
ideas of Dr Ferrell thanks to the friendly back and forth style of
GeorgeAnn and the obvious history the two share. Red Ice
Creations has an excellent
collection of Ferrell interviews with information I have not heard
anywhere else, but you'll have to be a member to get access,
which I can honestly say is well worth the small fee.

The C-Realm podcast
represents a water shed moment in my personal search for a better way
to explain time and its relation to consciousness. It was my first real
dose of true independent media in this field and was instrumental in pointing out a
whole host of personalities that were also on a path towards the same
frequency of truth. KMO
helped me to realize that I wasn't alone in this quest and his creative
style serves as one of the major inspirations behind the Cosmic Cookout website.

Jan Irvin of GnosticMedia.com
is clearly one of the hardest working researchers in the expanding
culture of consciousness. The Gnostic Media podcast
brings together leading independent and academic scholars to focus in
on subjects like shamanism, entheogens, religion, archaeoastronomy,
fertility cults, and so much more.
I'm really excited about his most recent direction of focus towards the
area of education. It's a complex subject, and he's taking the time to
build a foundation of facts on how and why our current state of
academic learning for the masses is in such poor condition.
A good place to begin unraveling the mess of modern education is the Gene
Odening interview that delves into some of the meat behind concepts
like critical thinking and logic. The number 2 installment of Peace
Revolution which Jan is hosting at his site and participating in
does a great job at setting the ground work for a hypothesis that
suggests how critical thinking is being hijacked by a small group of elite families to further their own agenda. This is one of
the most lucid and grounded arguments I've heard to date concerning
what some call a "hidden" course of action to dumb down America.

Red Ice Creations.com is the
first alternative research website I'm reviewing here because they are
in my opinion the best. I've been a subscriber for the past 5 months
and can honestly say the monthly fee of about 7 bucks feels like one of
the better education and entertainment values available in this field.
It's really tough to sort through some of the piles of disinformation out
there and when I first came upon Red Ice I was immediately skeptical
when I saw the highly refined format the website is presented in. It
seemed too good to be true and I wondered if some big corporation was
behind all the style. They have the last year of first hour interviews
available for free, and I started off by skimming through that section and
listening to the interviews from researchers I was more familiar with.
It hooked me right away.
Henrik Palmgren is the
founder, editor, researcher, film maker, artist, musician, and voice
behind the interviews and films available on the site. He's put
together an impressive
team that consists of his brother Fredrik, Lana Lokteff and
Elizabeth Leafloor. What pushed me over the fence from being a casual
free listener to a dues paying subscriber was the Rik Clay story. This was an energetic and
enthusiastic young man Henrik had interviewed relating to some
fascinating insight he had concerning the upcoming London Olympics and
its strange logo. The story ends with the tragedy of Rik's suicide,
which was followed by reports that the conditions around his death were
suspicious. It's the kind of situation a big corporation would have
exploited by implying all sorts of unsavory speculation
with the motivation being to entice the listener to subscribe to hear
the whole story. Red Ice did nothing of the kind. They made the
subscriber portion of Rik Clay's interview available for free, which
was a move that won me over and proved from where I'm standing that
their intentions are pure and their honor is intact. Rest in peace, Rik.
I could go on about how Henrik takes such good care of his guests and
always seems to ask just the right questions while at the same time
knowing when to get out of the way and let the information flow, but
what would be more productive is for me to suggest a beginning so you
can start getting turned on to research you never knew existed. The
November 2009 interview with Peter
Levenda would be my first choice because Henrik and Peter somehow
manage
to present some very outlandish material in a grounded fashion that I
found stimulating and tasteful. Go next to the recent John
Lash interview, which opened my eyes to his MetaHistory.org website where John
presents a lifetime worth of research that directly challenges the
building blocks of fundamental Christianity in a calm and collected
manner.
